FAMILY-OWNED SINCE 2013
Concrete experts, working across East Texas
Santos Santoyo started Santoyo's Concrete Work in 2013 as a small company with three employees, working on homes and commercial concrete around Cleveland, Texas and the rural areas surrounding it. 13 years later we have the crew, the equipment and the experience to take on work at any scale.
Today that means houses, hospitals, schools, warehouses, industrial sites, churches and large-scale commercial developments — alongside the driveways, patios and shop slabs we have always poured.
What has not changed is who turns up. The people who arrive at your property are the same people you spoke to on the phone. Plenty of contractors sell the job and then send a crew you have never met, with a foreman who was not part of the conversation about where the water drains. Here, the person who measured your job is the person who pours it.
What we hold ourselves to
Four things, in the owner's own words: exceptional service, quality, dedication and reliability — on every job, whether it is a set of back steps or a commercial pour. We are still improving, and we intend to keep doing that for as long as we are pouring concrete in Texas.
How we work
Shop slabs, barndominium pads, driveways, house foundations, patios, sidewalks, steps, retaining walls and commercial flatwork. We are not the cheapest quote you will get. We compact and stabilize the base, set rebar on chairs at mid-slab, pour a 3,000, 3,500 or 4,000 PSI mix depending on what the slab has to carry, and cut the control joints on schedule — because in East Texas clay the shortcuts show up within a couple of seasons.
If something about your job is going to be a problem, we would rather tell you during the estimate than discover it together after the concrete truck has arrived.
